The Team

If you telephone our branch or visit our animal centre you can be assured that we will assist you in any way we can. It may be that you have some animal issues you want to discuss or perhaps you are looking to adopt an animal, whatever the reason for your visit or telephone call our team will do their utmost to help. The majority of our staff are RSPCA Standard Procedure trained and you will always receive a friendly welcome and high quality service.

We have a responsibility to all animals in our care and our aim is to rehome all of our animals to loving people who will give them the attention and love they need. A number of our animals may have come from troubled backgrounds and these animals may need a lot of time and effort. However together we can give them the time and respect they require.

We do have guidelines that we follow in order for you to adopt an animal and we ask that you respect our policies as they are in the best interest of the animals. Home visits are carried out to all potential adopters and this gives us the opportunity to ensure our animals are matched to the best possible owners.
