Our shops are back from the 12th April, and ready to welcome you.

It is time to welcome you back to our shops, we cannot wait to see you all again and help us raise vital funds to keep our animal centre going.  It has been tough time for everyone, but we have kept going and still have hungry mouths to feed, sadly and often, abused, abandoned or sick animals in our care until we can find their forever homes.  We have not stopped during the lockdowns and need you all more than ever as we have eaten into our reserves and need our shops to smash it out of the park.

Below are some of the changes, from our shop openings, new opening times, furniture collections, deliveries, and donations.  We have tried to minimise any disruptions to our service and sadly our animal centre remains closed to the public, but we are still looking after many, many furries.

Thank you all for your kind works of support and donations, it had meant a great deal to us and know that you care as much as we do about the animals that sadly come into our care.

Shop Openings

We are so pleased to announce that on Monday 12th April, we are re-opening our shops following our winter covid hibernation. Our shops remain covid safe with signage, screens, and face coverings in place so you can confidently shop with us.

Like many other businesses and charities, the pandemic has hit us hard, and we have so much ground to make up to recover so that we can continue to offer the rehabilitation and adoptions services from our Animal Centre.

We are licenced, but not directly funded by the National Society and our main income is from our fantastic shops, so if you are looking for great quality items at great prices, then look no further, we have it covered.

New furniture shop

We have a new furniture and picture/art shop!

Our Springhead store has been converted from our usual clothes and bric-a-brac store into a furniture and picture store and now stocks fantastic pieces of furniture ranging from wardrobes, occasional tables, and dining sets. We have a range of pictures for you to view in store.

We NEED your furniture!

From 12th April, we can begin to collect items of furniture.

If you have any items that are in good condition, please click HERE to find out how we can collect these from you in the current challenging climate. It is a doorstep collection and delivery, and we cannot enter your home at the moment, but we still need lots of great furniture, especially for our new furniture store.

Shop donations

From 12th April, we will be accepting 2 bags of donations, per person, per day.  Please do not be offended if we cannot take your donations as we have limited space in store and still must quarantine items before sorting and placing on the sales floor.
