08/02 Ways to help us

With the current global situation and the closure of all our shops, our income has been slashed and we now, more than ever rely on the generosity of the public and businesses.

Did you know:

We are a small independent charity licenced by the national organisation and as such we receive no regular financial assistance. We rely on our shops and the generosity of the public and businesses for our income to ensure that we can continue to care for and rehabilitate the animals in our care that sadly come to us either abandoned, abused, or neglected.

It can take a long time, a lot of effort and a great deal of expenditure to get the animals back to health and ready for adoption, we must pay for all the lighting, heating, food, bedding, bowls, toys and all the associated medical costs and tests, which all adds up. Annually we care for, rehabilitate and rehome over 500 animals!

Costs

It costs on average £1.8m to run our charity and this pandemic has hit us hard. But we will do everything we can to ensure we can care for animals that need us!

We still have animals in our care and our now facing the real prospect of limiting even further the services we provide and the animals that we take in.

Although our shops are shut, there are still ways in which you can help us:
